HELPFUL HINTS FOR EMAIL SUBMISSION OF ON-LINE ENTRY FORMS

When using the electronic email entry system all
fields MUST be completed,
you may be prompted for a 'signature' or 'name of', simply TYPE
in the applicable name in that field,
this is then considered an electronic signature or name and is
Canadian Kennel Club acceptable.

Please also note, it is not mandatory for you,
the exhibitor to open an account to use this system,
the account setup is an additional tool for those of you currently
exhibiting a number of dogs or planning on doing so in the near future. By
utilizing this added feature, exhibitors will be able to setup their own
database of dogs and all the pertinent information on those dogs for future
use with this program.

The on-line entry forms for any particular show
are to be used for emailing purposes ONLY. Should you not wish to use the
site for emailing of entries but rather want to fax or mail an entry PLEASE
download the printable version of the GENERIC ENTRY FORM for this purpose
and fill it out accordingley.

This system is currently being worked on and
upgraded. It is Western Dog Shows goal to maintain a "USER FRIENDLY"
website for all exhibitors and anticipate more of you visiting us in the
future. As always we strongly recommend that you follow-up any electronic
submission of an entry whether by email or by fax with a quick phone call
to our office to ensure the receipt of said entry(s) in their entirety and
complete.
